Water Sector Leaders Accelerate Action Towards United Nations Sustainable Development Goals at IWA 2022 World Water Congress

WASHINGTON-(BUSINESS WIRE) –2,3 billion people today living in countries with water problems and 18 million people who risk being displaced by floods every year. Against this backdrop, global water technology company Xylem (NYSE: XYL) will join water industry leaders at the IWA World Water Congress & Exhibition to explore solutions for building water security. Xylem executives will share perspectives on actions to increase the resilience of communities to water scarcity and on strategies to accelerate the decarbonisation of water networks.

The congress will be held in Copenhagen, Denmark, from 11 to 15 September 2022.
