Reply makes MLFRAME available Reply, a framework based on Generative Artificial Intelligence applied to the development and sharing of knowledge

Reply announces the launch of MLFRAME Reply, a new generative artificial intelligence framework for heterogeneous knowledge bases.

Designed and developed by Machine Learning Reply, the group company specialized in artificial intelligence.

MLFRAME Reply applies, on the main AI technologies, a proprietary methodology of database analysis, algorithm training and results validation, to quickly create conversational generative models applicable to specific corporate knowledge domains.

Today's availability of generative artificial intelligence technologies makes large quantities of information and unstructured textual data accessible and queryable via natural language, giving the possibility of creating real distributed knowledge bases that can be exploited both by internally of companies and in the relationship with the customer.

MLFRAME Reply

acts as an engine that allows us to extract, through natural language, knowledge, reaggregate it and redistribute it in a conversational form, enabling the "artificial intelligence" component which is the basis of the new generation of "human like" interaction systems, such as digital assistants Oh, digital humans.

MLFRAME Reply

allows companies to benefit from complete support in all phases of development and training of conversational systems: from the creation of a consistent knowledge base within a knowledge domain, to the introduction of generative models (based on information retrieval techniques and LLM), up to the training and subsequent optimization of the algorithms using the most appropriate techniques for the level of complexity required by each use case. For example, MLFRAME Reply has already been used in the creation of "onboarding" systems based on conversational interfaces, as well as having provided the specific conversational intelligence component for digital human models aimed at the banking, insurance and automotive sectors.
