The first "Stories of Alternation" award for the best practice among the 2022 training experiences created by the synergy between ITS and Companies, he went to the project "Stephen and Alexander IT'S Key for innovation– Giobert spa”. The initiative, promoted by Unioncamere and the Italian Chambers of Commerce, rewards the best alternating training courses which achieve the objective of identifying and specializing highly verticalised technical profiles on specific company needs.
Stefano Tusa and Alessandro Trovò, students of the "Higher Technician for Automation and Mechatronic Systems" course of the ITS for Sustainable Mobility Aerospace/Mechatronics of Piedmont, entered in the Higher Education Apprenticeship at Giobert SpA together with tutors within the company, one has developed a manual test bench (hardware and software) for testing ignition/extinguishment systems for cars and the other a mechatronic plant for resining automotive semi-finished products. The two projects are the result of the acceleration that the contamination of innovative skills on traditional skills and new technologies on consolidated experience can initiate in business contexts.
These projects are born thanks to highly qualifying specific skills acquired during the ITS course and corresponding to the needs of the company that the two profiles have managed to express. At the end of their training Stefano and Alessandro obtained the Diploma of Higher Technician and were permanently employed in the company. As emphasized by the Human Resources of the company, the successful collaboration between ITS Aerospace/Mechatronics Piedmont and Giobert represents a successful example of how the partnership between the world of training and work allows the building of highly responsive professionalism to the innovation needs of companies: the creation of a common table where to unite the different backgrounds to analyze the need for skills and design and build the necessary profiles is decisive and crucial for effectively matching job supply and demand. Companies can intercept young talents through the alternation formula which allows the construction of professionalism through courses carried out half in the classrooms and laboratories of the ITS and half in the Company and specialize the skills in a customized way according to one's needs.

The organizational structure has a Change Manager, who is acting on the empowerment of people, primarily enhancing soft skills, in the direction of promoting the mature management of relationships and dynamics within the organization and outside it .
